Our shipping TAT ON INSTOCK ITEMS is 2-3 business days unless listed as a preorder.
PREORDER ITEMS TAT IS 3-7 WEEKS - this is clearly stated !
Exchanges - Returns - Refunds -
- At this moment we will not be accepting returns, or offering refunds, STORE CREDIT ONLY (of the subtotal price).
- If you would like to Exchange, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY (NO EXCEPTIONS AFTER 3 DAYS), an item for a different size, please send us an email with your invoice or order number and state what size you'd like to exchange for. Exchanges will ONLY occur if the new size that's being requested is IN stock. If not, an exchange will not occur.
- If an exchange is approved and agreed upon you will need to mail back the original item to us, we can evaluate the item(s) being mailed back and a store credit may be issued. The items will need to be sent to the following address:

- If mailing an item back it is the customers responsibility to pay for postage to mail them item(s) back. Any item(s) being mailed back MUST BE: not worn, no rips/tears from trying on, tags attached, if packaged it must be in original packaging to be accepted for any kind of store credit. All items being mailed back will be inspected before agreed upon of a store credit.
•After we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the purchase price of the item(s) MINUS what it will cost us to ship the exchange for. This is calculated based on what the shipping label cost us on your original purchase. This will cause exchanges to not be an even exchange. There will be a variance in cost due that you must pay.
Once you have your store credit you may then place another order for the desired size or color IF available. We unfortunately cannot hold items you plan on exchanging with. It will need to be available at the time you plan on using your credit.
•We MUST have the unwanted item in our possession to issue a credit, no exceptions. It must be delivered for us to issue anything. We have to inspect every item first. Do not ask us to use your credit before the returned item arrives.
Store credit issued (due exchange) is not eligible to be used on pre-order items. We do pre-orders to generate interest, secure how many items are wanted, and to have the customers pay beforehand. Store credit may only be used on items listed on the website and are not listed as "PREORDER."
Cancellations:
Once you place an order it can not be cancelled for a refund. If the order has not shipped, we can only issue a store credit. If the order has shipped, then it will have to be mailed back for a store credit.

•Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues.
•All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 3 day window, and must include images of the issue.
•We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it - NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!!!!!!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned. The following items are non-returnable & final sale:
Items purchased with a coupon code are final sale
All sale items - marked “final sale”
All intimates (including leggings, seamless tops, bralettes, etc.)
All accessories (hats, watches/watch bands, purses, etc.)
All jewelry
All pop-up shop purchases
All international orders
Gift cards are final sale as well
ALL PRE ORDER ITEMS - NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS !
ALL Custom Products (such as special orders or personalized items)
All upcycled LV items
All products listed on our 'All Things Inspired' Collection
All Bodysuits
We also do not accept returns for any electronics.

All-pre order products are final sale. Majority of any and all pre-order products the exact amount of quantity is ordered. We do not order any additional sizes or 'extras'. Per our policy on Exchanges and Store Credits, an exchange will only occur if the new size that's being requested in IN STOCK.
- Be aware that some items on our website are preorders. To find out exactly what items are preorder, please refer to each individual product and in the description, it will distinguish in the terms and conditions. Pre-orders can take up to 3-7 weeks for the item to arrive to us Once we receive the item it will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
- Most clothing orders that are placed ship to us next day from the manufacture as long as it is in stock and not a pre-order with them.
- ALL Inspired items are placed to order. We do not have these items in stock UNLESS it is stated in the description section of the product listing. By paying at checkout, you are agreeing to these terms of service and our store policies including terms and conditions.
- If an item gets lost in shipment and you do not receive your order, after evaluation, we will look over the information from USPS and go from there. A store credit may be issued for a situation like this.
